September 30, 2021 Do not use this company to forward your packages under any circumstance. My parcels have been delayed, not registered timely and they have even listed the wrong amounts on declaration forms and both Philippine Customs and DHL caught them. It ended up costing me hundreds of dollars due to their errors.. They have not told the truth many times. I have been using them for 2 years plus. They do not know what is going on. You have to email them all the time and tell them packages already arrived at their warehouse and then they often times duplicate parcels on their site. I have numerous emails supporting same. Peggy Weinstein, Randy Cruz and CEO owner Gary Bartel are not trustworthy, unprofessional and are guilty of very poor customer service/business malpractice. Watch out for this group and report them to the FBI and U.S. Postal Service! They also operate under the company name 'Nouvete'.
