Applied for a Free online bottle of Keto pills, along with their Keto Cleanse product for $6.00+. The next month (December 20,2020 deducted from my account) they sent both products for $189.96 and $189.91. I sent them back with a note saying I wanted a refund and to cancel my account. I heard nothing. On January 19, 2021 another deduction of $189.91 and $189.96.
I called to find out I need a return number from them. ? They refunded a partial amount of $70.00. They said I wouldn’t receive any money from the first order, and that there was a reshelfing fee of $30.00+. Macy also said that they will refund another $72.87, So that means they are keeping $216.87 of my money. I asked Macy if she would like someone to reach into her wallet and take that money out of it. Isn’t that called stealing? Please help!
