This person Steven Carter from BurtsPortraits.com tempted me with a job offer with no upfront information but wanted my W9 information which includes my Social Security number and then he told me that based on my customer service he was no longer interested in having me as an employee I find it hard to believe that anybody that is actually looking for good work or workers wouldn’t give you upfront information but yet request your Social Security number in a W9 form prior to anything be aware this guy is a total young entrepreneur with an [censored] attitude
