I received a message in reply to my application submission stating that BBT accepts applications, but i had already included proof of payment. The application required proof of payment along with letters to be considered. I've reach the provided contact number several times but haven't received any response. I called earlier and got an answer, but no one said anything. I found that number quite unprofessional since there was no voicemail option. Plus, why hasn’t anyone replied to my first message or email? It’s frustrating. I finally received an answer after calling a blocked caller ID number. And NAME answered, which was beyond unprofessional. She could not provide me with any information but said she was the only contact person.
