Ken Nguyen, 0wner, quoted us $6,64.59 (inc labor) to install a new tub, shower walls, sink and toilet, plus $500 to remove wall paper. He received $3,000 cash up front for purchases of material on 3/12/2025 and another $2,000 cash on 3/14/2025 in order to "pay his men". Ken rarely showed up when he said they would and did terrible work when they did. After almost 3 weeks, we were back at Step 1. They installed the sink and left us with a leak. And they installed 4 tubs before they installed one that wasn't cracked or flawed. We have since put up the green shower sheet rock, and leveled the walls, stripped the wall paper. Then we painted. We have bought misc supplies to do the work Ken was going to do, and we never received the toilet or the walls for the tub, so we will have to rebuy those. Do NOT hire this man.
