Client contacted Roger from Advanced Electronic Security after she heard about his business on a radio station. Roger is quoting the client $2,500 for his services to perform an "Electronic Harassment Test Protocol" and $62,000 for equipment to stop "electronic harassment." Client believes that her neighbor is pointing a laser to transmit electronic waves, which is not true. When Roger was asked to provide a business license he stated he does not have to have one because his business is registered in Idaho, where they do not require a license to operate. Client has not paid for these services and was advised not to pay for services not needed.
