The website claims authentic Labubus and sends counterfeits. When contacting them - they seemed concerned at first and asked for pictures of the shipping back, boxes, etc. and when provided - they went MIA. After multiple attempts and compliance with all of their requests, we were simply taken for our money - and a very sad 8 year told to boot. Avoid at all cost.
