This rental company works under 7 (SEVEN!!) different business names. They have people apply for apartments and charge them a $25 fee, deny them and keep the money. Then they will advertise under one of those other business names, with a different application. Charge you the $25 again and deny you again. It is 100% bait and switch. The office manager was well aware we had been denied two months earlier and proceeded to collect more deposit money with the intention of denying us. Its a terrible scam for people who can not afford it.
