I signed up for BTCC in hopes of getting the bonuses that they offered for things. As an example signing up was supposed to be a 10 dollar bonus, verifying my identity was supposed to be a 20 dollar bonus, making a first deposit was supposed to be up to a 40 dollar bonus. Yet I did all those things, but my deposit was going to take longer to actually go through than the offer was valid so I inquired if I would still be eligible. It wasn't but it was during the conversation that I was informed that I wouldn't actually be getting any bonuses. The bonuses, not advertised as such, were for trade fees only. At that point I couldn't cancel the withdraw process I had already started and once it went through I tried to withdraw the money I deposited and they tried getting me to acknowledge that it was ok to take 40 bucks from the withdraw(I wasn't dumb enough to say that was ok so I never clicked the button) contacted support over it again and they refused to refund the money and close the account.
