First contacted by Christina, the message was very muffled, had to play the message a few times to even understand the phone number left to call back. Called back a talked with a Scott Greene who told me that I was being taken to court over a $9000+ credit card debt (that I have never even owned) threatened to have all my property and financial accounts placed on lein. I told him over and over that I have never had the said credit card to which he replied with once the attorney files with the court the police will show and detain me. The only way I could stop this from happening was to put down an initial payment and make monthly payments. I'm currently hoping to get the payments that have been withdrawn to be repaid. I have reported this scam to the FTC and CFPB and both have come back and stated they cannot handle this financial fraud. At my wits end, I just want my money back as this is a blatant scam.
