BUYER BEWARE! THEY LIE! We bought a transmission last April with a year warranty on parts and labor. It worked for 8 months. We called to get a replacement and they had us send the estimate for the repair and said they would follow through with the labor costs and another transmission. That was in December. It's now March and we've had 30 phone calls all with either promises not kept or putting us on hold or blocking our calls. This seems like a scam when it comes to promises. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. They don't keep their word.

My nephew paid for a transmission for my vehicle in August of 2022 that had a 3 year warranty. When I tried to get them to enforce that warranty, I kept getting the runaround with no action taken on their part. Then after repeated calls on my part, my nephew called today, and the person he spoke with admitted it was a scam.

Kevin or David or Billy. Same guy. Thick Indian accents. Claim to be in Paterson, NJ. 224 East Railway Avenue. 100% total scam. Phone numbers they use are 609-920-7514. 888-793-7616. 888-908-8835. 609-920-6514. Scammers and [censored].

Because of the indian accents and the lack of information, I did a search and came here. Thanks for the info.

Bought a engine that went bad with in a few months of bing installed. Tried to get a new engine under the warrantee. They had my phone number blocked and had to use different phones to get though. This has been going on for a few weeks with no engine coming so far.

I was looking for an N55 BMW engine and saw their website. I inquired and they responded with a quote. It looked reasonable. Not too good to be true. I called and talked to Kevin (probably not true - he had a very foreign accent) Kevin's answers to questions such as compression tests, etc did not make sense. I asked for pictures of the engine - he said he would send them but he did not. I asked again and he sent me a picture of the engine - he said it was in Colorado. It was the exact same picture of an engine I had called on earlier but it was a different company and located in Florida. WHAT a FRAUD. I have attached the picture he sent me. It is the exact same picture that ***** ** *** ***** ***. had advertised in *******, FL. *** ********  You can see it on ************* stock # *****

Brother Auto Parts is a scam which wasn't apparent until it was almost too late. We needed to purchase an engine and their prices were good. All went well until they asked for a copy of the driver's license and the front and back of the credit card we used to purchase the engine. Because this is not a standard business practice red flags went up we told them we wanted to cancel the order. All of a sudden it was OK if we didn't want to send the driver's license and front and back of the credit card. And then they said they were still going to charge us a $200 cancellation fee. The cancellation fee was not discussed prior to us wishing to cancel. They speak English and gave themselves "American" names but they have thick accents. When the "manager" was able to call us back to discuss the cancellation he was interrupted every ten seconds or so by a beep which made it sound like the line was recorded and in typical scammer fashion he had a come back for anything we said.
