Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

Broadway Knives sold me a counterfeit EoTech hhs V with G45 Magnifier Combo. I paid $1274 dollars for it. I received a COUNTERFEIT EoTech XPS2 with COUNTERFEIT G33 Magnifier. Pics were sent to Eo Tech. I spoke with a rep there, he confirmed all items to be counterfeit and confirmed the seller who claimed to be a Dealer for Eo Tech was in fact not a dealer. Seller said he needed item back and was in contact with dealer and had to send to dealer to be refunded. Everything he said was a LIE and confirmed by a representative at EoTech. I filed a complaint with the Counterfeit division of the FBI, BBB, Amazon (where it was purchased through) and an A to Z claim filed to get my money back. I also alerted Chase (my CC company who is also looking into this). I see he has items on eBay as well. Stay away from this business!!
