I was recently searching for rentals in my area when I ran across www.brighamrealtors.com

and they had rentals posted in the area. I was informed I want able to view the unit until a screening application process was completed. So I proceeded in fill out the application providing my social security, pay stubs and driver license. Once I completed the application I was then told to submit a processing fee through paypal of 45 dollars. I only set a fee of 5 dollar due to my card not able to process full amount. They insisted they will continue to process the application with out the full amount paid was were I noticed that something want right.
