I have a company-Zippy Cash on my credit report affecting my score. I called Bridgeway and enquired about Zippy Cash being on my report. They stated it was a collections agency they use along with Bridgeway. So they asked me to set up payment arrangements and gave me a support letter to get a loan from another place to pay them off. When I investigated the company Zippy Cash it came back as a payday loan place but no contact information, in which I have no knowledge of. I really became concerned and called Bridgeway back and expressed my concern. I asked them to send me the documentation as proof this is mine- in which they did not. I put in a fraud report to Transunion and Equifax to investigate. When I call Bridgeway and asks to speak to management it turns into an argumentative debate and when asked for documentation or proof the response would be "please call us". I wanted to report this so no one has to go through this. How important it is to closely monitor your credit reports and how a collections company can add more debts on there without your knowledge.
