Stopped accepting my Medicare and Humana Insurance with no heads up, just cut me off.

Haven't had my Diabetes supplies delivered in a few weeks. Called my Provider as I could not remember who was mailing them to me. Turns out it was Bridgewater and they told my Doctor they do not take my insurance (anymore?) which is Medicare and Humana. To bad they did not have time to let me know and maybe suggest another supplier. Talk about [censored]ty business practices. If I had know this before maybe they would not have gotten my business to start with. Posting on my FB so all my old friends don't waist time with Bridgewater and end up having this problem.

I got a phone call from a person named Enrique I answered the phone from a number I did not recognize and a man said oh Emma and I said excuse me and he said oh I’m looking for Emma and I said she’s not here right now because I didn’t recognize the number And it was odd that he was just calling me by my name like we were friends I then said that Emma was unavailable and he said well this is a medical call so I’ll call back When I said excuse me a medical call he said yes and I said is everything OK and he said that’s some thing that has to be discussed with Emma Then I said this is Emma and he said we’re following up with you not having to [censored] your finger anymore and to use a different type of device thing And I said I do not have diabetes I’ve never had diabetes this is the wrong person you need to figure out who the correct person is but you are calling the wrong person and then he immediately got mean and told me that I just don’t remember having diabetes in the past And I said I need your information this doesn’t make any sense you need to take me off your list and he refused to give me any actual information he kept saying that I have the information the phone number that I got I know is the wrong phone number I cannot call it back he would not take me to supervisor he would not tell me that he would take me off of his list and not ever call me again Eventually he hung up on me
