Craigslist rentals listing for property listed as SOLD on Zillow. After some back and forth, the scammer sent this email

Sounds good! you can view the unit by 29th October after the current tenant moves out its remaining items, because the real estate policy doesn't allow us to intrude into the privacy of tenants but the probability of it being available by then is slim because there is a lot of interest coming for 1st November move-in dates.

I guarantee that the unit is "as is" as seen on the virtual tour ad per the listed features, amenities, furniture and finishing. If otherwise your money will be refunded back to you immediately. Once the payment is made I can issue you a copy of the rental receipt which you will use to pick up the keys on your arrival day and I can officially finalize and reserve the unit for your chosen date.
