Type of a scam Online Purchase

I signed up with Braxy.io on November 09, 2023 for what was represented as a digital marketing company, but it is actually a fraudulent company with representative all over the world pretending to be in an office environment. I signed up for the Braxy AI and they debited my bank account for $500.00 as soon as my bank information was submitted to the portal for what was alleged for payments to Google. They said Google took the money but after contacting by bank I was informed that it went to a account with Braxy.io on it not Google. I also signed up for Braxy.io services for lead generation for my business and what they provided is outdated Design Brand Guide that were useless. After seeing multiple red flags I immediately terminated the contract on 11-30-2023, with my company and requested a full refund. After finding several discrepancies and hidden fees in the platform that were not discussed in your presentation to me on November 8th or in the signed contract. I was very disappointed with the lack of transparency and communication that I have experienced during the setup of the Braxy.io AI portal. Not one time was I told that there would be a $500.00 hold on my funds for service with Brax Google AI. Braxy AI and Braxy.io are same companies and I have contacted my financial institution and have disputed the charges that Braxy fraudulently removed from my bank account and the retainer fee charger for the fraudulent Braxy AI and Braxy.io Lead Generation services. DON'T BUY. Braxy.io is a scam and so is there AI which they use Google you don't need them.
