I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, filed a police report, disputed the Interac I sent them with Interac services and posted on several online platforms about them. Please do not make the mistake of hiring them. They scammed me. My total payment was supposed to be 120. 75 for inspection and 45 after treatment. After the inspection, I asked them if they can come 9pm on Friday 9th they told me this does not work for them. Only Friday morning 11am works. Thus I gave other suggestions, Monday-Friday next week morning. They told me nope only this Friday at 11am works. I then asked what time works good for them, they told me in a month!! I said okay I will wait a month, they then told me I would have to pay 120 all over again and start process all over again! They told me the deadline to do treatment is this Friday. They never stated this written or verbal that this is the deadline. Now they are making excuses because they don’t want to finish what they started. The fact that they are not trying to listen to a time that works for me and telling me it’s either this day or no other day is appalling. I am so shocked an dissapointed. I have always been terrified of small companies and they just reinforced my worry. They are not professional, caring, trustworthy or willing to work with you. They only want the money and not to do the work. Please stay away.
