I ordered a jacket on dec 21 from brave vintage. I assume since it was the holiday season it would be delayed after new years I email them and they did respond with “an email will be sent when ready” then 5 days goes by no update so then I’m like emailing them and they didn’t respond and never did I still email them everyday but it’s clearly a scam if you go on their instagram you can see the comments of other who brought from them. so shut them down

Placed and confirmed Oder on December 15th. Never got any updates except checking a link through Shopify.com that it was “out for delivery” on December 26th.

I’ve emailed the company multiple times and sent messages on their website for a tracking number I never received. It’s currently January 17th and my package has not arrived. On their website it states the orders ship out within 3-5 business days. They will not give a response let alone a tracking number for updates on my delivery.

They don’t make the garments to order and they ship from the United States. No order should take this long to arrive a few states away. I cannot get an answer out of this company because they simply refuse to answer or acknowledge messages and emails on any platform.

They are advertising vintage carhartt jackets. I had emailed them because I had the wrong shipping address on there and they will not answer me. I have been trying to get ahold of them since December 26th and no reply or anything. I went to their instagram and TikTok page and they have multiple comments about how they promised the 3 days shipping and them not replying or shipping products.
