I recently ordered a set of 2 original 100% solid brass knuckels from Brass Knuckels Company and I am very pleased with my purchase. I am usually very skeptical of online purchases but a friend of mine swears by this product so I decided to order a set and test them out. The order was shipped quickly and discretely and when I opened the box I was actually surprised at how nice the knuckels are. The weight is perfect, they fit my hand nicely and they are poilised. Thank you for my knuckels!

Took money provided no product SCAM!

Placed order and received tracking and confirmation. That was 5/4/22. Today is 5/20/22. No product and no response from company after repeated attempts. Classic scam. All positive reviews are scams. I totally feel hook line and sinker for these people. Filed report with BBB. FTC is next stop

However, since we shipped your order and gave you tracking number you should be able to track the progress of the package. If your package was declared lost, undeliverable or returned to us we would be happy to have it reshipped at no additional cost to you whatsoever. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. Your complain says you got the tracking number and a "confirmation". By this you may be referring to a USPS Delivery Confirmation. In some cases customers report that a package is marked "delivered" by the local postal carrier but the customer can not find the package. In 95% percent of these cases the package was indeed delivered but it was accepted by another person residing at the address. Sometimes customers report that the package went unnoticed among other mail because a box was expected and not an envelope. Keep in mind the majority of our shipments are in plain envelopes with a return address company name of "Brass K Fulfillment". Occasionally, the postal carrier places the package in a different location than normal or is holding the package at the local post office. In is also possible that the package was stolen after being delivered. This is a federal crime and it should be reported immediately to your local post office. Please exhaust these possibilities and if you have not found the package I will continue to assist you however I can.

I placed an order several weeks ago and have already been charged over $100 on my credit card by this company for Syd order. I received an email stating my order was shipped within 2 to 3 business days and I would receive additional email with tracking information. That email never came and when I reached out to the company via email I got no response. This company is a fraud and nobody should ever spend their money on that website. If you do, you are basically giving your money away.

We are absolutely not a "fraud" and we have been in business for almost 25 years. We reply to every single email we receive and it may be possible that we did not receive your email or perhaps we didn't response quickly enough for your preference. It's very possible that your tracking number email landed in your SPAM folder. Since I don't have any further details I can assume that you received the package as usual and didn't bother to come back and update this review.
