Puppy scam

My 14 year old Yorkie Terrier passed away on 04/13/24 and I was looking to get another puppy my cousin sent me some website to look at brandtteacyorkie.com prices were the cheapest and I saw a puppy name Rocky that I wanted so I filled out the application and a lady by the name of Vivian Mbianyi phone number (303)619-7440 from Denver Colorado text me with the information on Rocky and the price of $700 plus $200 for shipping the puppy with a nanny to Oakland Airport she ask me to Zelle the payment of $900 to number (417)430-5602 and I did on 04/17/24 Vivian text me the tracking information from Pacificshippersexpress and said the shipper will text me information for the flight, a man name Edmonds Frank text me on 04/18/24 and said my puppy needed to be in a ventilated crate that it would cost $2250 and that it would be refunded once I pick my puppy up from the airport his phone number was (856)843-3351 he informed me to Zelle it to Lasalle Electric Inc phone number (707)-304-4165 and he gave me another number (312)647-4826 and I asked why is this not going to the shipping company Pacificshippersexpress he said that is there cashiers department and I informed him I was not told this when I purchased the puppy he said if you want him to be shipped that is the cost for the crate so I tried to Zelle it to him on 4/18/24 and thank God Bank of America suspected fraud and put a hole on my account and the money did not go through so Edmonds Frank wanted me to Zelle it to Name - The Graham Group 8z Real Estate, Inc. [email protected] I started to think this is a scam so I said no this don’t sound right he said it would be easier if you could transfer it from CVS pharmacy or Walgreen I said no show me proof you’re working with the shipping company and he sent me a copy of his drivers license that could be fake I text Vivian of this and told her why you did not tell me of the crate cost before I purchased Rocky and that if it is refundable she should pay it because you informed me $700 for the puppy and $200 for shipping and I paid it so you pay it so I could get my puppy or Zelle me back my $900 Vivian said if she had it should would and that she’ll pay $750 of it and I pay the rest $1500 and I disagreed I told her this is a scam I asked Edmonds Frank if he had my puppy to take a video of him he said I’ll get back to you, he called me again today 04/19/24 saying could I just pay $500 and he will talk to his boss about writing off the balance and I disagreed he said I will send the puppy to a shelter I informed him he was supposed to take a video of my puppy so I could see he had the puppy he said I’m not the picture person that’s stupid I hung up the phone and again I texted Vivian that she needs to get the puppy to me or Zelle me my money back of $900 no response from her I tried calling her today 04/19/24 the phone was picked up and hung up the website brandtteacyorkie.com still has Rocky picture posted for sale and Vivian has my $900 she will not answer her phone or my text, I contacted Bank of America and informed them of what happened they are doing an investigation hopefully I could get my money back.
