Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

I loaned $1475 to Mr Hagreen on 9/21/2018 to close a Real Estate deal at First American Title Co. involving property at 1630 E Desmet, Spokane, WA. My name was added to the contract to insure I'd get my money back by a David L***, supposedly an RE officer for John L Scott Real Estate, in this transaction. I was told this deal would be closing on so many occasions, but that didn't happen. I was told I needed to sign doc's in order to close. When I asked where to sign them, I was told the deal had closed 2 wks prior, and that my name had been removed from the contract. When I asked how that was even possible, I was told by David L*** that "I was bat *** crazy" to think I would get any money back. Brandon H*** acknowledges he owes me $2620 in several text messages, asking me to meet him at a bank, or at my home, only he never shows up. See attachments. I believe these two men are the same person. $1475 + 580 cash for personal loan + 565 for driving Brandon for past month =$2620. I was told by First American Title Co. "Prime Real Estate" closed this deal on 8/21/2018, and neither Brandon or David was involved. I believe this was a con from the very beginning. I also believe he was grooming me to be his 'mark'.
