Just like everyone else here I fell victim to brainety's sneaky and underhanded practices. I was charged almost $40 after what looked like a one time charge of $1.99. I went back and looked at their site brainety.com again and in order to find the subscription information (or to even know how much it will be for) you have to literally search around the entire page. I would never have signed up for a subscription to this nonsense and they know. I haven't even used a single service aside from the IQ test I originally took. This is so gross and I'll be posting it everywhere. I have 4 kids and this is an especially tight time for us. I hope you're happy that you're preventing basic items for my children because you won't refund a fraudulent, sneaky purchase. I need that $40 not only for groceries, but it was the extra to try and get my daughter on a field trip. Wow. Just wow. I let my son do one fun freaking thing because it was only $2 and here we are. I don't know what else to say other than I'm crying in frustration.
