I ordered 3 Boxbollen items from their website www.boxbollen.com, after seeing it advertised on social media by multiple celebrities. I ordered on 12/6/23 and initially got a tracking number from DHL, which has since been discontinued. I have NOT received the product, but the money has been taken out of my account. I also have not received any explanation/confirmation/apology from the customer service. There is no address and no phone number to contact, only a customer service email, which hasn't been answered.

It's a complete fraud.

I ordered 3 boxbollen boxing products December 3rd and have never received them. I checked the DHL tracking number and there was no info. DHL said that they cleared the tracking number because nothing was ever received by the company. They told me to contact boxbollen but I cant find a phone number for them. I have emailed 3 times with no response

Found this site on social media. Paid for two products and never recieved them. Tracking says they were delivered to a different state. Only contact info is email which no reply at all.

I ordered one of their products on December 1, 2023... Was charged right away. It is December 21 and I have yet to receive it. I have emailed and reached out on social media and no one has responded to me. Scam!

Boxbollen used US celebrity endorsers to get people to order their product. The product is never sent. There is no way to contact the company except via an on-line form. There is no response from the company after the form is filled out and sent multiple time. The created a scam using celebrities to take peoples money and never send anything. Just like **** ********. They need to be investigated and stopped!!

I ordered Boxbollen about 1 month ago during a sale for $19.99. I received a red ball and I never received anything else. I have sent them 5 emails and I have not heard from them yet. I just want the game that I paid for. I have no use for a red ball. Their ad says to contact them first if you want to return an item and receive a refund. They will not contact me back. This is very bad business and they have no telephone number listed.

Order never arrived. Collected my money on 12.6.22. Been getting “undeliverable due to incomplete address” messages. It’s a scam. I have not received any email correspondence back. I have attempted calls to no avail. Even emailed the refund dept. it’s a scam and they are thieves. Several others have the same experience. Visit their Instagram to see comments similar.

I placed an order online and payed with a credit card. The product never came and the company has no customer service number. I have sent several emails and get no answers and have no way to even ask about a refund. When the company posts on facebook all the comments are from people like me complaining they did not receive their product and have no recourse.

Upon order email is received to confirm. A shipping email is then sent stating the order is being shipped. A tracking link is provided but the item has never shipped. The only contact is a support email. When contacted they state they are jn backlog and items should be shipped. Site says a 14 day refund is available but it’s unclear how to obtain. Upon further research 42% of their online feedback states undelivered product or scam. They maybe a legit company but they are practicing poor service by falsely claiming shipping is complete.
