While scrolling on Instagram an ad popped up promoting a 3-in-1 Multifunctional Bag from Willows Boutique. I was interested in this item so I bought it for $65. However, when it arrived it was a completely different item. I received a small bag that was 1/3 the size of the original bag I had ordered. Therefore, I contacted Willows Boutique, and they said since they covered the initial shipping cost so the customer is responsible for paying the $30 return shipping. Keep in mind, that they want us to pay an additional $30 for a mistake they made. Their alternative option was a 10% refund for the purchase as a "goodwill gesture" on their part. I was scammed, and probably many others were too. Beware of this online boutique. It is fake, and they are taking advantage of innocent people.
