Type of a scam Online Purchase
I was directed to a page that had different wreaths for sale. I chose a $35 wreath and clicked on the checkout button. I was asked to enter my shipping information and credit card number. I entered the required information and clicked on the checkout button. I was taken to a thank you page that said my wreath would be delivered in 5-7 business days.
I waited a week and my wreath still hadn't arrived. I emailed BouTeeQ and asked for an update on my order. They replied that my order had shipped and I should check my USPS tracking number. I checked the tracking number and it said my wreath was not yet received by USPS. I emailed BouTeeQ again and they told me to contact USPS.
I contacted USPS and they said my wreath had not yet been received by the merchant. I emailed BouTeeQ again and they told me they needed to contact the shipping department. I emailed BouTeeQ again and they told me to contact customer service. I have been waiting and no new information or movement.
I gave up trying to get my wreath and decided to write a review on BouTeeQ's Facebook page. I warned other customers not to buy from BouTeeQ because they are a scam. I also left a 1-star review on their website.
I finally gave up and accepted that I had been scammed. I was out $35 and had no wreath. I warned my friends and family not to buy from BouTeeQ. If you're considering buying a wreath from them, don't do it! You'll only be wasting your money.END>
