Kelis Rogers sells products which I once had a bimonthly subscription. Though I canceled the subscription in 2023, I received a charge in Oct for that product. I received the products weeks later after being stuck in transit and the envelope was empty. There has been repeated instances of this as she advertises on Instagram. She does not respond to complaints and then deletes comments regarding her bad business tactics.

I purchased a product and never received it, I tried contacting them numerous times but was never answered. They have deleted everything on their social media page

She advertised on her site, took payment, and I never received product.

I emailed on several times (see attachments) receiving a response indicating a new tracking wpuld he sent which I never got.
