I purchased an item back in December 2021 and never received it. I kept being told to track the package with the tracking number provided which did not work. I tried calling them, but received a voice message that they are not accepting calls due to COVID. I emailed several times requesting an update as to my package and the rep was not helpful whatsoever and pretty much told me to track my own package and find out who my local carrier is. Seriously! I need to do the research and leg work for my own package! Apparently, come to find out from my local carrier that there was no tracking number found for my package. I don’t think it was ever sent. Fraudulent company. Horrible service. They said they would refund me, but that remains to be seen. You have been warned. I suggest you order from another reputable and honest company.

Placed order March 25th. Still have not received it as of May 17th. Tracking Numbers don't work. Request for refund denied even though the website offers a 'money-back guarantee'.
