Scammers are using 843 area code, and when you call back can not be connected, I once saw my own phone number on TV screen calling me.

this scammer used used 843-427-9514 said he was from Boarder and had a package coming to me at that point I hung up.

he probably wanted money but I did not go that far.

We received two calls informing us that packages with illegal substances with our identification have been found at the border. After second call I pressed "1" to speak to an agent. A man with a hispanic accent answered. I asked for his name and badge number: he told me he is Officer David McRae badge #419823 and he is in Washington DC. The call came from El Paso, Texas. He wanted my name and address but I refused. When I told him I thought the call was fraudulent, he said that he could send an officer from my area over to talk about it. I refused. He said "that's unfortunate, have a nice day" and hung up. I dialed the number back and as I figured, it was disconnected.

This the canada border reporting , you are under investagation , that your name has been used with a suspicious package and press 1.

East Indian fellow asks me " what is your name?" I reply " you should know what my name is"....then he hangs up ... at 7:30 am 25 Nov. 2021 ph # 1-403-562-3674 call comes from " Blairmore, Alberta.

The border patrol at 3:16 pm and said that they have a package under my name and that I am being investgated. They said to press 1 and I hung up the phone.

Received a potential scam phone call stating they were the US Border Patrol and that drugs were seized in my name. The call was a recording telling me to press #1 to speak with an officer. Of course, I hung up. Have these types of phone calls been reported by anyone else?

I got a recording  that said that it was United states Boarder patrol. It claimed i had a warrant for my arrest that i needed to call a number to resolve the matter. This is a fake call. Big scam.
