Brandon Lamar Tubbs is posing as a professional photographer. He is asking for consumers to pay for photo services via Cash App, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Zelle. I sent him a $100 via Zeno for a deposit. Then I was asked to send him $800 after he asked me to have someone at Walgreens process the transaction using barcodes that Mr. Tubbs provided.
