Worst experience ever. I am still disputing a false reservation. I did my reservation in advance on January on Park Royal, switch it and confirmed to Sunset Royal and now two weeks before my travel switch my reservation to a hotel called Sunset Yatch Marina, with no beach. I am still waiting for their legal department for their policy. We'll see how it goes after reporting them to Best Busines Bureau and the secretary of commerce in Florida. This have to stop for once and for all. It is unacceptable that many people got ripped off and there is no legal action taken against them.

This company it’s a scam the lady that helped us was just a talker I try to cancel since day one and they wouldn’t cancel and give me my money back. They tell you one price and then then buy the end is another price also they tell you to choose a hotel but they choose it for you. Even one of the biggest lie that she told me is that they work for the government and that all their recorder conversation the bank keeps it with them. Also they send you an invoice without their business address and they use a car rental company to charge you for their fees.
