I purchased two fidget rings from them. I got an order confirmation but after a week I still had not received a shipping notification. I reached out for an update and after a few days they responded and said it could take up to 10 business days (2 weeks!) for the items to ship. Annoying but fine. No reason to complain yet.
Two weeks pass and I still had not received any updates about my order. I reach out again and after another few days they respond and say my order shipped, and then I finally received the shipping notification. Great!!
A few days later I go to check the tracking information on Shopify via the link they provided and it said there wasn’t any tracking information. Well that’s weird and a little annoying but oh well, I decided to wait another week or so and if they still hadn’t arrived I’d reach out again. The week passes, the tracking information is still missing from Shopify, so I email them again asking for the tracking information. After yet another delayed response they sent me two link to a very strange tracking website absolutely covered in ads that made me scared I was going to get a virus. Haha strange but oh well, at least I got my tracking. At this point it's been a month since I placed the order.
Another month passes and I never received it. I reached out demanding a refund. At this point I am very annoyed. It takes them a few days but the finally respond and say, oh it looks like your order was lost, would you like a refund? ?? YES!!
It is a week past that now. It has been OVER TWO MONTHS since I ordered two rings. It has been a week since I requested a refund and I haven’t gotten any updates or the refund.
