If I could give this company no stars I would. This place is a complete scam and has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered 2 jackets from their site on Black Friday because they were on sale and down to 70 dollars a piece. I did Receive them in a timely manner but the actual item and what they advertise are 2 completely different things, it’s actually comical what they sent me compared to the photos on their site. One was a corduroy jacket which is NOT corduroy at all, the other is advertised as a thick leather NFL jacket with 16 team logos on it. When I received It the material is a thin material and there is only 4 teams on it. It is the most cheaply made item I have Ever received in my life and it’s so ugly I cannot be caught in this thing. I emailed them and they offered me 10 dollars for the issue, I argued, then they upped it to 12, argued some more and my final offer is 15 dollars and for ME to pay for the return to get a refund for their mistake. I was told that currently their only warehouse that is open is in china so I will Need to pay for shipping all the way across the world to get a refund for a falsely advertised item. I paid 70 dollars with it being on sale so originally it was over 100 dollars and they want to offer 10 dollars. Never buy from this website.
