I purchased two items from Boho West Co, an online boutique in September. I recieved a shipping notification, but the tracking never changed from the label being printed. After 5 weeks of waiting, I contacted the company via email on Oct. 27th, and recieved a reply on Oct. 31st that they would look into it. I didn’t hear back again until Nov. 8th, when they told me the order would be remade. I never received another confirmation or tracking number. After not receiving the items again, I contacted them again on Dec. 3rd asking for a refund, and recieved no response. On Dec. 5th I contacted them again, stating I would report fraud if my refund was not processed. I received a reply on Dec. 6th that my order was ready but they were missing one item (so it was not ready). I continued to ask for the refund, in which they responded with contempt towards me saying I should have cancelled the order the first time and that they would be charging me a cancellation fee and I would not recieve my full refund. They stated my refund was processed Dec. 6th and would take 5-7 days, with no proof. On Dec. 18th I still had not recieved my refund, I contacted them and they replied on Dec. 19th that they would look into it, no response after. I contacted them again on Dec. 26 and asked for proof that the refund was processed, and recieved an email on Dec. 27 that they manually pushed the refund through, which I finally received a notification for. I am only getting back $50.98 for my purchase of $66.58 at no fault of my own.
