I made an online purchase through an Instagram ad at boggbagmall.club for 2 Bogg Bags for $59.38. The purchase showed up on my credit card as going to a personal PayPal account: *KLMS67HOTMA. At that point I used the link on my order confirmation, from GIFTSHOP, to check the status of my order and the page came up “404 Page Not Found.” I then emailed the customer service email, [email protected], to then have the email returned, undeliverable, after multiple tries. I researched the product on Amazon and discovered the significant price difference between a BoggBag there, $160 , and the two I bought for $32 each. That price difference was all I needed to realize I had been scammed. As of today, 12 days after the purchase, no product has been delivered, I have disputed the purchase with my bank, and cancelled that credit card.
