We came to get a screw removed from a tire. Before signing any paperwork or giving us an estimate, an employee started working on the tire (my partner was watching him) while I was speaking with the owner. He pulled the screw, which had not punctured through the tire, and then punctured the sidewall of the tire with the repair tool. Then the owner and I came over and he demanded we buy a new tire. Thankfully I realized they were trying to scam me and refused. After a fair amount of arguing, they gave up and put a temporary patch in the tire. The employee who punctured the tire apologized and said “sorry my boss just wants money”. I think that speaks for itself.
