I used an online service that said I could pay $.10 to make a photo less blurry. They charged me that on December 28, 2025. Then on December 29, they charged my PayPal account $49.90. I never agreed for a subscription or additional charges. I am disputing these charges through PayPal, but want this scamming company to be shut down so others are not charged as well.
