Not sure if they are aware that they are recommending individuals and student to a fraudulent source that of blue rocket books.
I’ve reached out via email(book scouter, blue rocket & the BBB) awaiting response. They have many many complaints and have also stolen my books.

You are recommending students to a fraudulent business, Blue Rocket Books. They have many many complaints and have also stolen my books. They provide quotes and a shipping label, but you never receive any payment. I have reported them to the Federal Government for fruad, UPS, and now I'm trying to alert the websites that send them their business.
Please remove them from your quotes, students are just getting scammed. I sent them $400 worth of textbooks and was suposed to receive $60. I have received nothing and there is zero communitcation from the business. I can provide proof and copies of complaints if you need them to make your decision. If you remove this complany from your lists they will lose the power to scam so many.

I got an estimate on three college textbooks on 5/8/2023. I packed my shipment and used their prepaid label to send my books. Ups tracking confirms the package was received by AZZARITO on 5/15/2023. At 10AM. The website FAQs states 3-10 day response time for payment and 24-hour response time for email questions. I have received neither and contacted them via all their venues. They took my books and do not answer an of the communications. They are commiting fraud through the mail and theft and have multiple complaints already. They now have my bank account info because the deposit was supposed to go directly into my checking account. I have copies of all evidence and have also sent complaints to UPS, The FTC, Federal government, and others.
