I also recieved a check thru fed-ex with the same note and phone number, but the company was a cabinetry place out of Wisconsin. There is an ACTUAL cabinent place in Wisconsin with a similar name...but not the exact name and they used the address for the real company as a return address on the envelope. And the names on the note, the names on the check nor the company owner names match. The check is from HSBC bank, i wonder if they are aware of the scam that is running using either their checks or their name? Its a shame that at a time when we the world is at its lowest and neediest time, that someone would try to scam and take advantage of others.

Got one from a furniture place in Ohio same message and number

I received a package today from Fed-Ex and inside was a check for 3,550.00 with a note saying to text the amount of the check and who the check is from to 575-587-8984.
