I ordered 2 flame grill torches. Paid $219 thru Affirm... another rip off. One was delivered 3 months later. Second never received. Affirm took all my payments and said l have to accept not getting my second paid for item.

I was sold an inferior product than was advertised. It did not work right out of the box. After I contacted Blue Flame tools via their email address, I was promised everything from a replacement torch to a complete refund, but nothing ever happens. The email usually came from an employee named Sheila. I recommend to anyone who has had the same experience to report it to their Better Business Bureau, The Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office, and the Attorney General's Office of your state of residence. In addition, if your experience was an interstate transaction, I recommend reporting the incident to the Federal Trade Commission as well. Interstate Fraud is a Federal Offense!

I have retained all the email correspondence from Blue Flame Tools if submission is required.

I ordered gifts for my dad and brother from Blue Flame Tools after seeing the product on social media posts stating positive reviews. I ordered on December 10,2025. The product still has not been received, the tracking number provided does not show updates and I have tried calling the number for the company but there is no answer ever.

I ordered two large flame torches and a free small torch was to be included. Order made on 11/25/25. I receive one of 3 torches just before Christmas. Multiple messages were sent with no reply or an auto reply. Multiple attempts at calling the company. No answer or ability to leave a message. Continued messaging the company with only auto replies stating the order was still on its way. As of today 1/22/26 I have yet to receive my other two torches

I purchased a product from them on 12/1/2025. I never received the product. I was contacted 1/5/26 saying there was a delay but now the original website is gone and my order tracking is gone. They have a new website up and a different email address with a similar name.

I ordered from Blue Flame Tools on December 9th, 2025. As of January 15th, 2026 I have not receieved any products which were ordered. My card was charged. After 4 business days I got an email reply with a tracking link showing my order vaguely in hong kong. The company website has also become unavailable.

I ordered a V2 propane torch from their website as a Christmas present. The page said it would be delivered before Christmas but it never arrived. When I emailed their customer service I got a reply saying it was in transit, delayed because of the holiday, they're a small business blah blah and a link to a tracking site that gave me no information. When I went to their web page it says the site is no longer available.

I order a blue flame tool torch on December 9th 2025. There website said ships from United States Warehouse. I waited until December 28th and contacted through their email [email protected] and waited a week for a response. I tried today January 7th 2026 to look up and track my order and their website no longer exists. They said it was being shipped out of China. I questioned that and they avoided answering any questions I had about where it was coming from

Massive scam

Ordered an never received the items

Emailed multiple times even asking for a refund they finally responded and said it’s in transit on the way and I can track it but when I click on the tracking it goes to load it then it doesn’t and up loading. I finally went back onto there fb page so I could leave them a bad review only to find so many people in the same situation. And the website they were using is shut down now. I have disputed with my bank hopefully they can help me.

This company put out video ads on social media. I later went to the website directly on a laptop. Made the purchase through the site. It took 3 days to get a confirmation email and by that time the money was already taken from my account. I did email later asking for information on when the item would arrive and received a generic email that provided no information.

I saw an ad for Blue Flames Propane Torch. I read reviews and what appeared to be customer comments. I went ahead and made the purchase of a propane torch on Dec. 10th. I was told it shipped out on the 11th and would be delivered in 7-11 business days. When it didn't arrive within the given time I reached out. They eventually replied with a 'its holidays we are busy, it's been shipped' nonsense. I thought ok, I'll give it a few more days. When it didn't arrive by Christmas I reached out again. Today when I checked, none of the original shipping links they sent me work.
