I placed an order with BloomChic online (or so I thought). Confirmation came from fallacture.com I’ve shopped with BloomChic before and not had an issue. I placed an order on 3/8/24 and still haven’t received it. Whenever I email them I get excuses about why I haven’t received it. I get directed to a page to track my order, however I can’t access it. The response I get then, is a tracking summary showing where my package is. The last email said that it was delivered 3 days ago. I can’t contact the carrier because I don’t know who/what it is
