website appears to be US site - referred to as Gardeners Supply Company online. States "hassle-free returns." and "Free shipping over $50"

A tracking number was sent and date was updated as I would expect. The last update showed it had been delivered. When I reached out to the company and asked where they had delivered (via email), they said to look in my mailbox. (I had ordered 2 free standing elevated planters) They offered a refund of $35, but when I refused, they stopped making contact. My guess is that they were going to ask for my banking information to refund the payment and then take more $$
