Type of a scam Online Purchase

I've seen an increase in people talking about ordering from this company and never getting their merchandise that they ordered 8 months+ ago. The company takes no responsibility when following up with individual companies on orders on progress and people that ordered doll eyes from July 2022 are being told in August 2023 that their order "never arrived". The company never reached out to these customers and waits for them to ask about their order that should have been shipped after 5 months. Someone has ordered a doll prop with a 4 month production time and they paid in full but haven't received their order after 14 months with no updates without the customer reaching out to them first. They offer long layaways for customers, but some customers are not getting their orders or proper support with their orders. This company deals with numerous doll companies, but the consistent issue is with this agent as the middle man to help the buyers. They have a pattern of not ordering products properly for customers and they don't bring up any issues until the buyer asks about it months after it was supposed to have arrived. They also use PayPal for preorders which is strictly against PayPal's terms of service and since the preorders are longer than the PayPal buyer protection customers are out of luck. I've had a personal experience where I had to cancel my order because it never arrived and I had to wait a week to get a refund so they could get money for it to refund me. That money comes from other peoples orders and can potentially halt them ordering for other customers in time, thus causing the never ordering items issue.
