The website says it's in Germany. The phone number comes back to Florida. I was charged money that showed pending on my credit card transactions. Once it cleared, I was charged again. I never received an order confirmation. I never received any responses after numerous emails. The phone number listed has a constant busy signal. I was purchasing medication for my birds, or thought I was. They have a website all about different ornamental birds and how to take care of them, all very nice, but beware because they are scammers. The charge came up from "emelkart" which also appears to be a scam. I tried to email them, as well, with no response.
