Type of a scam Home Improvement

The website for this "company" says that they have an A+ rating with the BBB, but the ScamPulse.com company search shows no results for them at all. A "home buyer" named "Jared" came to my house to view all of the rooms and said he would get back to me within an hour or two with a determination about buying my house. Nobody ever called back. When I called "Jared" on the number he texted me from, nobody picked up. It went to a voicemail for someone named Michelle. This "company" now refuses to take any of my calls or call me back. While taking pictures of everything in my house, "Jared" mentioned the security measures at my home multiple times, such as the cameras and barred windows. This outfit is most likely casing houses for home robberies. Luckily I don't have much for them to steal.
