Signed up for a 14-day free trial of their product. Didn't receive the product until 4 weeks later, used it for a week, found no results or benefits. Decided to cancel trial, but when looking for information to cancel, found that I had already been charged over $150 for the product that I received. 14-day trial is a SCAM to get you signed up for the product. I would NEVER have agreed to the trial, if the price had been advertised properly. This product is useless AND the computer is predatory. DO NOT SIGN UP!

When I contacted the company to discuss the disparity, my complaint was ignored. "Customer Service" rep talked over me and restated the companies "14-day trial cancellation policy". Despite not receiving the product until a month after sign-up. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was hung-up on. Called back, received same treatment from "Senior Floor Representative".

I've been receiving muscle growth pills since roughly January. I didn't order these and when I was finally able to find there number and contact them to inform them that I didn't order them they offered to only pay me back 30% on the last shipment which is 89$ a month. They consistently argued and attempted to change the subject onto a different product. Upon inspection of the website I've found three different numbers as well as multiple addresses.

I PURCHASED A TRIAL SAMPLE FROM THIS WEBSITE. MY CREDIT CARD WAS SHARED OR SOMEONE USED IT AFTER MAKING A PURCHASE FROM THSI WEBSITE. WHEN REPORTED TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY HUNG UP ON ME AND IGNORED MY COMPLAINT. THIS WEBSITE TAKES YOUR CREDIT CARDS AND USES IT FRAUDULENTLY.
