I ordered one bottle of Gummies for $39.00 and some change, they then ask if you want to add something else, there was not a yes/no choice, and right under it said, complete order - which I understood to mean I was completing my order of 1 bottle, so I clicked it. Then I see they charged me for another bottle and when I finally got ahold of someone they had charged me for "a bundle" for $189.00 and some change. Very sneaky, and unethical. I ordered ONE bottle of the gummies. I never got a confirmation email, or any correspondence. Of course, will never do business with them again.

An add came on my phone for BioPure Keto Gummies said was from The Shark Tank Show with pictures and testimonies of weight loss and a clock ticking for a sale for 5 bottles of the gummies and 2 bottles of the Cleanse valued at $59.99 free for $199.99. I ordered and was charged the $199.99 and $59.99 and then two weeks later they sent another 5 bottles of gummies and another charge of $199.99 without my permission. They refused to send a refund for the $59.99 and the second charge of $199.99. I have called their call center and sent back the second set of 5 bottles certified thru the post office and they claimed they never got them when I gave them the verification number they claimed they would refund $149.99 because they would charge a $10 per bottle restocking fee and I would get the refund in 3-5 days. That was 3 weeks ago. I get a recording now when I call.
