I ordered a product from this company for my grandson for Christmas. It never showed. I contacted them over and over and all they did was promise “it was on the way”. Christmas came and went. Still nothing. When I demanded a refund x 2 I got zero response. SCAMMERS. There is no number for customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Hello, I placed an order for Christmas gifts for my son on November 23rd, 2018. The money was immediately taken from my account, however, it is now end of December and have not received any tracking information or my items. I Googled the company and there are hundreds of other people with the same experience.

My sister-in-law had the same experience with this company...no response via email, no package, etc.

I urge all of you who ordered from binnvy.com to file a complaint with facebook as this is a fraudulent website where they get all you info, charge your account and no one ever receives anything they have ordered. Please file a complaint also with ic3.gov as its the internet FBI for scams and fraud. They claim to have a florida address, but really in Hong Kong and they give you a phony tracking number and charge your account and the money comes out right away, taken out by Starlink/ Please help me in getting them SHUTDOWN!!! Please change your credit card numbers immediately. Check out their reviews and you will see its all fraud and identiy theft, internet scam/shame on facebook for allowing this

Placed an online order for a fortnite jogging suit for my son for Xmas and never received a tracking number. I got confirmation my order was received and paid for yet it’s 3 days from Xmas and I still haven’t received my order. On their website it shows “paid” “order-unfulfilled” and they have yet to send me a tracking number Only way to contact them is by sending an email which I have done several times and they do not respond. I want to file charges against them, get all my money back, and have them banned from ever doing business again. I want them held accountable and jailed for internet fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, deceitful practice, credit card fraud, and for violating the Consumer Protection Act.

I ordered my daughter an fortnite outfit for Christmas on December 6, 2018. I paid for express shipping to have my order come in 4-10 days and it is now Dec. 21,2018 and I have not received my order at all. There is not a number to call and they do not respond to e-mail.
