Type of a scam Investment

The merchant Binary Book since the inception of founding the account of $9000 ,I was not able to log in to the account portal and conduct the trades ,or withdraw the money. I was simply denied access and in which over $34,000 was in the account at the time the foud had occurred. Two of those charges for $9000 were made on two separates Bank of America accounts #2324 and #2165. I want to point out that None of those trades were conducted by me because I had no access to the portal , nor would I be possibly be able to trade at the 100% success rate like the document that Binary Books provided stated!. Given all the facts that I did not made those trades ,nor actively traded with Binary Books and I was denied access to the newly open account with Binary Books , moreover,all of the documents that Binary Book provided were fraudulent, I am kindly requesting reopening of the investigation into this matter .To support this claim ,per Agreement with Binary Books is attached license agreement that Binary Book granted me a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable-license to access and use the Site , and since inception time I was able to have an excess to withdraw the money from the account and All of which supporting documents they have provided is a fraud. That is a clear violation of merchant client agreement which is attached with this claim letter. Secondly, to support my claim the same case with the same merchant Binary Books , it was determined that Binary Books have violated agreement, and as a the result, I was granted the charge resolved in my favor.( I am attaching this claim latter as well to this claim file).

I would like to offer full cooperation and prompt response and request reverse of this charge that Binary Books Forfeited from me and that I was never able to recover!Thank You.
