ALERT!! Total SCAM company. The minute you order something it instantly goes into "fulfillment". Then they turn around and tell you 4-6 weeks because it a special order hand made item (more total BS). We all know that's when they order the item from China that's why it's 4a6 weeks. Then they tell you no refund unless you agree to %25 surcharge because the order was already in "fulfillment".

That's the scam they are playing. I purchased after market exhaust pipes for by brand new BMW, which he claims to specialize on, and after many times with text/email/voicemail advising him the model of my car, and as I said before,the order appeared fulfilled immediately!!! However it wasn’t delivered for another 4-6 weeks. Asked many times to call me, speak to me to no avail.
